The Tuscany Gates condo features 236 suites and each suite has great living space with open concept floorplans. Square footage tapes out between 655 sq. feet to 1,758 sq. feet, and the 30 townhouse units have living space of approximately 675 sq. feet to 1,220 sq. feet. The amenities complex features 15,000 sq. feet of designer amenities and is created by Quinn Design. Some of the amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, furnished sun deck with designer columns which make you feel like you are in a palace. There is also a fully equipped gym, Spa inspired bathrooms with a combination deep soaker tub/shower, or stand up shower stall, (depending on floor plan), and yoga room. Upon arrival, you are greeted at a gated entrance with stately columns and a grand water fountain, mature trees, scenic gardens, and a gazebo, barbeque area, brick pathways, lounge areas and walking paths for strolling or jogging. Some of the indoor amenities include a library, home theatre in club lounge, and games room.

These contemporary design features are complemented by additional features such as stainless steel or black appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms with garden tubs, and large walk-in closets. In addition to these features that appear in most of the communities, some properties offer additional options for residents, such as Wi-Fi internet access or in-unit security panels, in order to set themselves apart from the competition. To round out the luxury atmosphere, the apartment communities also offer amenities such as clubrooms with TV lounge and billiards, 24-hour fitness centers, and resort-designed swimming pools.
