Spa Jacuzzi
Used hot tubs or jacuzzi spas wear out like anything else. Many people buy a spa or for the very first time and within a period of years decide to sell it. Most never take the time to service the spa and worse, never use an exterminator. Underneath the tub is the perfect climate for ants, rodents, mice, rats and even snakes! Rats really love the foam insulation and nibble away creating all kinds of potential leaks that usually show up once the hot tub is moved. That is where you come in. You move the spa (which can easily create leaks because the tub is worn out), connects the electricity, fills the tub with water and "Lo and Behold" IT LEAKS. Now a spa technician is summoned. At $85 to $150 per hour plus parts and as much as $1500, the spa is ready. But wait! The pump goes out only after a few weeks or months and the spa technician is called back and another unexpected charge.
Many people want to know the difference between hot tubs and Jacuzzi. Well there is no real difference as both names describe tubs of hot water with jets circulating the water around. The name Jacuzzi is a name brand of hot tubs. These tubs get their name from the inventor of the first whirlpool spa the Jacuzzi brothers. They also invented the first hydrotherapy pumps for personal use which was later sold to hospitals and schools.
